Abstract
The killing of a wife by a wife has two examples: the killing of a woman by a man and the killing of a man by a woman. This phenomenon is influenced by various cultural, social and economic factors. With the ever-increasing rate of spousal homicide in the society, today this phenomenon has become the focus of attention of thinkers and managers of the society. Most of the studies that have been done on this topic are field researches, and from the perspective of Islamic teachings, this topic has been less discussed. The current research, focusing on the factors of spousal murder, has examined the ways to face and deal with it from the perspective of Islamic teachings. For research, while emphasizing the application of short-term solutions; Such as controlling anger, expressing love to one's spouse and leaving the scene of a fight as an advantage, due to its immediate and vital effect, the benefits of long-term solutions such as improving the level of coexistence culture and fostering empathy have been investigated and analyzed using library resources in an analytical and descriptive way. is Although the application of the second category solutions is time-consuming and expensive; But to reduce the statistical fever, the phenomenon of spousal murder is emphasized as the most effective way.
