Sexual violence against women in the workplace

The issue of committing violence and sexual harassment against women in the workplace is one of the most important and sensitive concerns. Violence against women has various and continuous effects and consequences both for the victim and for the organization and the whole society. This issue is not only effective for the health and mental health of women, but also has destructive effects for the performance of the organization and social relations.
